Miller Humphreys 

Miller is a sophmore at Washington and Lee, majoring in accounting. He is from Houston Texas and attended St. John’s School for high school. Miller is the first person in his family to attend W&L, and has a younger sibling who might follow suit in the coming years. Miller played football in high school along with his freshman year at W&L before sustaining a career-ending injury. Watching football is one of his favorite weekend pastimes and is a fan of the Texans, Longhorns, and of course the Gennies. Miller is particularly interested in the evolution of football at W&L and the broader college football scene.

 

Riley Parker

Riley is a junior at Washington and Lee who is majoring in Strategic Communication and is seeking a Digital Culture & Information minor. Riley grew up in Virginia Beach, VA and graduated from First Colonial High School. At W&L, Riley is a member of the wrestling team. Despite never playing football himself, Riley is still an avid fan of the sport and can be found on NFL Sundays rooting for the New York Giants. Riley has recently developed an interest in college football, and is intrigued by W&L’s former success against Division 1 programs.

 

Ryan Kempske

Ryan is a junior at Washington and Lee University; he is pursuing a major in Business Administration. Ryan is from Baltimore, Maryland and graduated from Calvert Hall College High Schoo. Ryan played lacrosse at W&L but has been a lifetime fan of the Baltimore Ravens. Ryan also enjoys watching the Generals football team compete on Wilson Field on Saturdays throughout the fall. He became interested in the history of the W&L football program when he learned of the 1954 scandal and the progam's past competing in the Division 1 Southern Conference.
