en An article questioning how the ROTC program and cadets will respond to the lottery numbers being announced for the draft during the Vietnam War. The article proposes that, since many people joined the ROTC program to avoid the draft, those who had safe numbers might now drop out or avoid the ROTC program, poentially decreasing ROTC enrollment.
