eng A publication of the geography and history of Tlaxcala informing the public of the geographical and historical background of the state of Tlaxcala which have been branded with importance by Professor Higinio Vázquez Santa Ana, “Pedagogic consultor of the military institute”. Published by the state press of the government of Tlaxcala (1927), it was brought to the public, the target audience being instructors, with the intent to describe the outline of the state in a way that favored the establishment of the newly introduced democratic government. The main purpose being able to provide an explanation of the geographical and historical makeup of the state, while stating that the work “Has very little originality” because Professor Higinio Vázquez Santa Ana makes sure to note he “stamps into his books the absolute truth”. This publication took place during the transitional stage of the Mexican government, following the government of Obregón that had established a democratic system after the several head of states Mexico had previously experienced. The author had been a supporter of the new government, and he addressed the pamphlet to aid in understanding, a way to contribute to the new era of government. With the pamphlet being directed to teachers, the main message not only emphasized the importance to have a sense of recognition with the geographical and historical foundations of the state, but it also called paved the way for the “Construction of a sole nationality, more unified, stronger, and more vigorous". An example of the support of the new democracy, at the foundational stages of its founding.

es Una publicación sobre la historia geográfica e histórica del estado de Tlaxcala, quienes han sido identificados con importancia por el Profesor Higinio Vázquez Santa Ana, “Consultor pedagógico del Colegio Militar”. Publicado por la impresa del gobierno del estado de Tlaxcala (1927), fue introducido al público, el grupo proyectado siendo instructores, con el propósito de estructura el estado en una forma que beneficiaba el nuevo gobierno democrático. El propósito central fue establecer una explicación de la geografía y historia, mientras mencionando que su trabajo tenia “muy [poca] originalidad” porque el Profesor Higinio Vázquez Santa Ana quiso enfatizar que su “partidario de estampar en mis libros la más absoluta verdad”. Esta publicación tomo lugar durante la etapa transicional del gobierno mexicano, después del gobierno de Obregón, el que había establecido un sistema democrático después de haber tenido muchos gobiernos autoritarios anteriormente. El autor había sido un apoyador del nuevo sistema, y escribió el tratado con el propósito de ayudar con la comprensión, una manera de contribuir a la nueva era del gobierno. Con el tratado siendo dirigido a instructores, el mensaje principal no solo enfatizo la importancia de tener un sentido de reconocimiento de las fundaciones geográficas e históricas del estado, pero también creo lugar para “constituir una sola nacionalidad, màs unificada, más fuerte y más vigorosa”. Un ejemplo de su apoyo de la nueva democracia, durante las etapas fundacionales de su fundación.
